Shipping Policies

Payment is due at the time of transaction.  We accept all major credit cards; online purchases are transacted through secure servers.

Every effort is made to ship finished art within 5-10 business days.  Packaging and shipping is handled by professional third party carriers.  All artwork shipments are insured.

In the extremely rare event that a piece is damaged in shipping, notify the shipping company right away and save all packaging materials for insurance purposes.  Take photographic documentation of the damaged art and packaging.  Notify dhSeadragon Distinctive Designs within 48 hours of merchandise delivery date.

International orders are welcome.  If you are ordering from outside the United States, the recipient of the artwork will be the importer of record, with full responsibility of any sales, excise, value added, GST, or similar taxes, as well as import and customs taxes and duties.  Please be aware that customs procedures in your country may delay the receipt of your dhSeadragon sculpture beyond the estimated delivery date.

dhSeadragon Distinctive Designs operates within the United States and fully complies with US law.  No attempt is made to comply with laws of every country from which an order might originate.

Purchase Policies

Custom orders are non-returnable because of their personal nature.  To help insure your complete satisfaction, dhSeadragon works hand-in-hand with you throughout the process of your custom creation.  Though dhSeadragon Distinctive Designs are derived from the artists interpretation of your idea, reasonable requests are taken into consideration.

Non-custom dhSeadragon originals are returnable for a refund within 3 days of the delivery date.  Send an e-mail to dadra@dhseadragon.com with your notice of intent to return the piece(s).  Include your name, telephone #, and item(s) purchased.  Returned artwork needs to be shipped within 7 days after confirming your intentions with dhSeadragon. You are responsible for the safe packaging and insurance of the return shipment. A secondary e-mail is required to dadra@dhseadragon.com with the shipping details and tracking number. (*if a tracking number is not provided, you may not be eligible for a refund).  dhSeadragon is not responsible for undelivered returns.

Once the returned artwork safely reaches dhSeadragon, you will be notified and the purchase refunded (minus shipping and handling costs of both the delivery and the return).
